- Well it’s Sunday
- Misuse of “it’s” and “its” kind of drives me crazy. It’s a tricky one, but no excuses. However, there are plenty of good excuses for all of the things that I spell incorrectly.
- Using my Bose headphones the Colette gave me for Christmas. I don’t get use them very often anymore, but they are amazing and I wish music always sounded this good.
- Football season officially started and I am unusually excited about it.
- The weather today is amazing. Fall seems to be here, but according to the whether man summer will be back by Tuesday.
- Speaking of Tuesday, I am excited to be going out to see Consider the Thief. They are awesome but are going to be no more, at least that is the rumor.
- So far busyness is winning, I have not been blogging, but I have a few minutes right now so I am going to write some stuff for the week. I am going to quite wasting my time on this lame post and get to it.
- Good bye.
- I like Switchfoot.

July 19, 20095:34 pm3 Comments- Oddly enough my stats are up today, perhaps people wait until today to read my blog. It is not good enough for busy work days. Or it has something to do with the inconsistency of my posting.
- Slightly annoyed at the saw right next to my bedroom window while Bella is trying to nap and the unwillingness to move the saw.
- I slept wrong last night and I am sore all over.
- Worship team went great, a good set and good musicians.
- Colette and I watched an episode of 16 and Pregnant today. They 16 years old were mature to realize that they were not capable of raising a baby and that their baby deserved a better life. Their parents, however, thought they “were not manning up” and “dodging their responsibility.” I don’t understand their parents.
- It was 108 degrees today. It is still 106 degrees outside at 5:30. I am tired of the heat. I don’t know how to make that little circle for the degrees symbol. I should learn how, then I could impress you all with my special talent… … … … ° see you now think I am cool. °°
- This lady on Bridezillas just inspected her bridesmaid to make sure they looked good. Amazing they are still friends.
Good-bye friends.

June 28, 20097:00 pm1 Comment- Damien Rice is so good it is inspirational.
- My wrist is killing me. I probably shouldn’t be typing, but when have I ever done something I was supposed to?
- Was just reminded about Fiction Family, it is good stuff. Jon Foreman of Switchfoot and Sean Watkins of Nickel Creek make good music together.
- Just got back from a pool party and Bella Ruth is now in love with swimming. Looks like swim lessons for her, and a little pool of our own.
- All of those cake making shows on t.v. amaze me. Those people are crazy good at making cakes. That is probably why they are on t.v.
- Going to be breaking out the sewing machine today and make some stuff. I am pretty excited about it.
- I never really now when this these is long enough. Are there any sort of s.s.s. guidelines? Are 10 bullet points enough or too many? Mmmm. I should probably do 1 more just in case.
- My brother once knew a person names Justin Case. True story.
- Colette just saw the picture of her in a bathing suit I put on twitter… Oops, but not really, she is fine with it.
- According to this “colored” person on t.v. white people are always on time, black people are never on time. She called it C.P.T. Colored People Time. That is ridiculous.

This is as good as it gets today. Sorry.
- This week has been way too busy. My posting has suffered significantly because of that. In fact I checked to make sure a SSS wasn’t my last post.
- Played on the worship team this weekend and in my opinion, we completely rocked. (more on this later).
- Colette and I really need to make more money. This is what I get for being a substitute teacher. I really hate looking for jobs.
- I am dying of thirst at this exact moment. It is probably all the chocolate and peanut butter toppings on my ice cream.
- I’m thinking of adding what will be a weekly post about something that caught my attention in church, preferably from the message. I’m calling it, “Thoughts From Church.” (Be jealous of my creativity, I give you permission). I think it will be good for me to dwell on these thoughts for a little while. I already have one brewing in my head.
- Gonna power through the rest of this email and then it will be bed time.
- Did I mention it was a long week? Well tomorrow it starts all over again.
Stats Suck Sunday - In Bullet Points
June 7, 20095:34 pm5 CommentsAlright people it’s Sunday, a day where stats are going to suck anyway so why not have a sucky simple post that doesn’t involve a lot of energy. In fact I stole borrowed that picture from Brody
. Here are some random thoughts:
- World’s Strictest Parents Old Yeller is a pretty cool show. I can think of a lot of people who should watch it.
- Silence is really awkward especially in the middle of church (more on this later).
- I am really going to love having a larger room.
- Driving two hours roundtrip for two hours worth of work is pretty much ridiculous.
- The percussionist from The Lion King was phenomenal. I wish I could play like that and had all of those different drums.
- Kitchen remodeling is going much smoother than I anticipated. Countertops are gone, sadly they will be gone for about two weeks.
- That is lame.
- I need to finish cleaning my room… badly.
- I need a summer job.
- I sound like a high schooler with those last two.
- Goodbye.

May 31, 200911:12 pm1 CommentIt is Sunday at 10:30 pm which means the weekend is just about over. It also means that in 1 1/2 hours Bella will officially have her insurance back, and we no longer have to feel like bad parents.
Class video The weekend was a good one filled with a birthday party for my nephew who turned five and my church’s annual picnic/baptism. During the baptism four of us played a little acoustic worship set. The set was unrehearsed and very impromptu. It was nice to be able to relax and just jam.
Today, we began moving into a larger room because our room now is just too small. It does involve lots of packing of stuff, but exciting non the less. We are hoping to be done within the week.
Today for the first time in my life, I successfully unassembled an item and repacked the entire item in the original box. It was amazing. I should mention Colette helped, but this is my blog so I am taking the credit.
And lastly here are a few random things I learned this weekend.
- Don’t clean out a lint trap with a damp or wet hand.
- Soda cans will explode in hot temperatures just like in a freezer. Fortunately, we returned to the car shortly before the explosion.
- I wish I had the money to buy a Klong Yaw.
Short Order movies Mini’s First Time That is all folks…
P.s. I am not sure who took this picture. It was not me, but I think it is great.
