This past weekend was my weekend for the worship team for @bridgewaychurch. This weekend was the first of four weeks I will be playing with this team and things went really well. We gelled nicely together, and everybody is extremely nice and talented. The team consists of drums, bass, acoustic lead, acoustic rhythm, lead vocals, background vocals, and me on percussion. I hoping to throw in a little mandolin in future weeks, but this week I played cajon, djembe, a bit of cymbals, shaker and tambourine.

On our second service we had a bit of trouble with Amazing Grace. The song was accidentally started in 3/4 instead of 4/4. Took a second, but we realized the problem, recovered and then put in a break before the chorus to take us back to 4/4. All in all it was a good weekend and I look forward to playing with these guys next month.
